| Natasha T. Harper is a native of Chicago, Illinois
and has lived in the Greater Cincinnati/Dayton areas over 12 years.
Currently she is an entrepreneur. She is a Principal of a 3 year
old marketing firm Harper and Harper, LLC with two locations. One
in West Chester, Ohio and the other in Atlanta, Georgia. Harper and
Harper, LLC markets small to medium size companies with annual revenues
from $250,000 to $4.5 million. She is the current preferred vendor
for creation of business and marketing plans for PNC Bank’s
small business division. Previous to this venture she served as co-founder
and principal of a chain of restaurants which she sold. Her entrepreneurial
experience also spans the retail clothing arena where she owned a
custom embroidery shop tailored to fraternities, sororities and civic
organizations. Her experience includes multi level marketing and
sales as well. Her track record of success is exemplified by strong
leadership, vision and a relentless focus on growth and profitability.
Harper is a Serial entrepreneur having been Principal Founder of
numerous startup companies. She has an exceptionally broad and deep
background in both technology and business. Her experience covers
a very wide range of business activities and responsibilities. One
of her core strengths is being able to bridge between the two worlds
of marketing and business, distilling down exactly how various marketing
methods and techniques solve real business issues. Her Serial entrepreneurial
experience has given her vast knowledge and experience. She is fully
aware of what it takes to become a successful entrepreneur in today’s

Joan Carroll- Flowers

Joan Carroll-Flowers is responsible for providing corporate vision,
fiscal management and a course of action for growth. Over the past
decade, she has acquired exceptional expertise in financial management,
strategic planning, leadership development and business process re-engineering.
She has excellent marketing skills and is particularly strong in
delivering new product ideas. Her entrepreneurial enthusiasm has
been a major force behind the success of several business ventures.
A marketing professional with more than thirty years’ experience,
Joan has successfully created and implemented marketing programs
in a number of highly competitive industries. She has served in
senior management positions with some of the nation’s largest
and most prestigious advertising agencies and is widely recognized
for her award-winning campaigns. Her client list of Fortune 100
and international companies include Procter & Gamble, Avon,
General Foods, Kodak, Corning, General Motors, gulf Oil, AT&T,
Kimberly-Clark., DeBeers and Bahamas Tourism.
Joan’s marketing milestones include winning nine CEBA Awards,
two ANDY Awards of Merit, a CLIO Award of Merit, eleven Gold and
Silver Awards in the ADDY Competitions and two national Silver
Microphone awards. A public relations campaign she created for
the State of Ohio Department of Heal won a PRISM Award and the
coveted Silver Anvil Award.
Formerly an owner of MYCOM Group, Inc. Joan led the company to
received numerous, including the 2001 “Emerging Excellence” Award
from the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce; the 2000 “Clarion” Award
from Women in Communications; and the 1999 “Pinnacle” Award
for the Fastest Growing Minority-Owned Business in Cincinnati.
In 1998, the company was honored by the Cincinnati Minority Supplier
Development Council as the “Minority Supplier of the Year” and
also received the 1997 “Supplier of the Year” Award
from the Maryland/DC Minority Supplier Development Council.

J Patricia Massey

A successful entrepreneur with solid business
skills, including business development, marketing, client acquisition,
and management and finance, Patti was one of the founders of MYCOM
Group. From 1991 until 2001, she served as CFO/COO of the $10+MM
company which grew from a 5-person firm in 1991 offering marketing
services and became a technology driven business venture employing
over 100 staff members with a full range of services primarily
focused on the e-business market segment.
Recognized for providing superior project management skills within
Procter & Gamble, Patti grew the revenue stream from that client
from a small $50,000 project to over $4,000,000 in annualized revenue.
In addition, she successfully negotiated the inclusion of MYCOM
on the “preferred” vendor list within P&G’s
IT organization.
While working at P&G, Patti functioned as the in-house marketing/communications/pr
director for the Information Technology department of more than
3000 staff members where she facilitated leadership team meetings,
created cross-functional communications and participated in internal
re-engineering efforts.
In August of 2000, Patti was instrumental in taking MYCOM public
through a reverse merger, serving as the primary liaison with attorneys,
accountants and investment groups to facilitate the process. In
April of 2001, she successfully negotiated a merger with Broughton
International and the subsequent sale of majority interest in MYCOM
Group for cash and stock.
Today, Patti manages over $2MM in annual sales volume between
various business interests including Myca Group & Associates
and Myca-Pope.
A graduate of the renowned international business coaching program,
B\Coach, Patti has mastered the art of true developmental coaching,
which enables individuals to build capability rather than co-dependency.
Using her strong business acumen and newly acquired coaching skills,
she delivers highly interactive and impactful workshops and coaching
sessions.
