Eric Browne
ProjDel
Eric Browne is the President of ProjDel Corporation, a Cincinnati-based
project delivery company, specializing in project management,
construction management and project controls. He holds a B.S. in Civil
Engineering from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He has over
17 years of management experience on projects for both the private and
government sectors throughout the eastern United States and Puerto Rico.
During his career, he has planned, engineered and managed projects
exceeding $700 million dollars in assets. Prior to launching Projdel
Corp., Eric developed and led the project controls group at D. E. Foxx
and Associates of Cincinnati, where he facilitated the successful
inclusion of minority and women owned businesses in P & G's $300 million
Healthcare Research Center in Mason, Ohio. Eric is a current board member and
chairperson of the Economic Development committee, a member of the Small Business
Committee of Downtown Cincinnati, Inc., a trustee of the Cincinnati Ballet, member
of the Economic Development Committee of Cincinnati CAN, a member of Project
Management Institute, the Association of Construction Inspectors and Omega Psi
Phi Fraternity.
This year, he was selected through a competitive process to be a member of class
25 of Leadership Cincinnati. Eric resides in West Chester, Ohio with his wife
of 11 years, Pamela and their three children, Cé zone, Chaslon and Christen. |

Putoff
Taft, Stettinius & Hollister
LLC
Tracey Putoff, a partner in the Business and Finance Department,
graduated from Chase College of Law, where she was Order of the Curia
and a research editor of the Northern Kentucky Law Review. Ms. Putoff
received her undergraduate degree in aerospace engineeringfrom the
University of Missouri and worked as an engineer for McDonnell Aircraft
Company and GE Aircraft Engines. Her practice includes all aspects
of general corporate law, primarily focusing on mergers and acquisitions,
and including intellectual property and Internet and e-commerce
matters.
Ms. Putoff is licensed to practice before the U.S. Patent
and Trademark Office. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of
Cincinnati
Business Incubator, Inc. and the firm’s Professional Women’s
Resource Group
(PWRG). |
Ken
Jones
Turner Construction Company
Ken Jones is the Manager of Business Development responsible for
sales, marketing and strategic planning for the Southwest Ohio
and Kentucky Region of Turner Construction Company. He has 17 years
Construction Management experience and has served Turner in various
capacities including Project Management, Risk Management, Engineering & Best
Practice Consulting, Business Development, Contract Negotiations,
Training and Strategic Planning. Ken also leads training in Marketing
and Sales for Turner's Annual Construction Management Training
Program for local minority and disadvantaged businesses.
Mr. Jones received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the
University of Cincinnati and currently teaches as an Adjunct Professor
of Construction Management at Cincinnati State Technical and Community
College. He also serves as an Advisory Board Member of CancerFree
Kids Pediatric Cancer Research Alliance. Ken lives in Loveland
Ohio with his wife Leslie and their son Kameron.

Eugene Ellington, MPA As Principle of Ellington Management Services,
Inc., Eugene Ellington brings over 25 years of Executive Management
experience, as well as experience in supplier diversity and inclusion.
Mr. Ellington is highly respected in the business community for
his efforts in the area of economic development and inclusion for
minority and disadvantaged businesses. Mr. Ellington has worked
with the Port Authority of Greater Cincinnati, the National Underground
Railroad, Cincinnati Public Schools System, Dayton Public School
System, the Cincinnati Convention Center Expansion Project, and
others with implementing programs and processes to improve economic
development for small and economically disadvantaged businesses.
Eugene Ellington possesses a Masters Degree in Public Administration
from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the
University of Cincinnati. Mr. Ellington was also the past President/CEO
of the Cincinnati Minority Supplier Development Council (SCOMBC),
a past Board Member of the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky
African American Chamber of Commerce, the Board Chair of the Southern
Childcare Development Center and a member of the Cincinnati CAN
Economic Inclusion Committee.
Mr. Ellington received the Applause Magazine 2003 Imagemaker Award
in the area of Entrepreneurial ship and was named "Most Influential" in
the 2004 edition of Who's Who in Black Cincinnati.
Eugene Ellington resides in West Chester, Ohio with his wife
Claudia. The couple has four adult children (Sherrie, Courtney,
Maria and Christopher), and two grandchildren.

• Establish policy for the agency
• Serves in a fiduciary capacity to ensure consistency with the mission
of the agency
• Acts in compliance with all legal duties
• Provides material, financial and/or technical resources.
